HWR 2020 ameliorate's gender balance through encouraging truly inclusive organisational cultures. Bringing both genders into one conversation to create a shared understanding of what women need to rise in their careers and how men can help them get there. Taking practical action towards achieving better gender balance today for better business tomorrow.
